Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia (except payroll processing).
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with internal pay equity standards and local legislation.
  • Analyze market trends in benefits, particularly medical and insurance, to develop competitive proposals for annual insurance renewals and forward-looking benefits strategies.
  • Serve as the Benefits & Leave Administrator, recommending policy revisions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and market analysis, both proactively and reactively.
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys and generate ad-hoc reports on employment trends (e.g., salary expectation forecasts for the upcoming year).
  • Training claims
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and finance teams to drive the budgeting, performance bonus, salary review, long term incentive plans and benefits harmonization tasks.
  • Run analytics, report on HR metrics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
