Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Coordinate recruitment of foreign workers from overseas agents (Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, etc.)
. Screen candidate profiles and arrange interviews with clients
. Manage documentation for Work Permit applications through the Ministry of Manpower
. Maintain employee records and worker database
. Coordinate worker arrivals, onboarding, and orientation
. Work closely with dormitory management and site supervisors
. Handle employee relations and welfare matters
. Assist with HR administrative tasks and compliance requirements

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
. Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in construction or manpower supply industry
. Knowledge of Singapore Work Permit process is an advantage
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
