Responsibilities:
1.Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
2.Draft and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms. Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners when required.
3.Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer documentation.
4.Process and submit claims for government-paid leave schemes (e.g. maternity, paternity, and childcare leave).
5.Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation,Support onboarding and exit procedures.
6.Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary documentation, and general employee relations matters.
7.Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
2.Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4.Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
5.Familiar with Singapore employment practices.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7.Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
