HR, Payroll & Operations (AI Infrastructure)

About the Role

A newly created role for an operationally-minded HR professional to help build in-house payroll capability for a growing Singapore-based team, part of a small organization with international offices across the US, Singapore, and Greater China. This role reports into the US Office.

What You'll Do

• Lead the transition of payroll from third-party EOR/vendor arrangements to an in-house setup
• Manage monthly payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory filings
• Handle bonus payout calculations and the internal approval process
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative execution

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations in Singapore
• Experience transitioning payroll from EOR/outsourced models to in-house systems is highly preferred
• Execution-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable with process-heavy work
• Strong understanding of Singapore payroll/tax compliance requirements
