About our client

Our client is a publicly listed international technology company with operations spanning Asia and the US. They are looking for an HR, Payroll & Operations professional to join their Singapore team. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys operational execution and wants to play a key role in building out a payroll function from the ground up, rather than a broad strategic generalist position.

What You'll Do

• Lead the transition of payroll from third-party EOR/vendor arrangements to an in-house setup
• Manage monthly payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory filings
• Handle bonus payout calculations and the internal approval process
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative execution

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations in Singapore
• Experience transitioning payroll from EOR/outsourced models to in-house systems is highly preferred
• Execution-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable with process-heavy work
• Strong understanding of Singapore payroll/tax compliance requirements
