Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a PE backed global fintech scale up to appoint a Global HR Operations & Services Director, based in Singapore.

Partnering closely with the C‑suite and acting as a deputy to the Group CHRO, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's continued growth, helping to scale, refine and enhance global ways of working, with a transformation lens.

The successful individual will lead an experienced HR Operations and HR Services team located across multiple regions at a point of significant global HRS transformation.

Partnering with the CHRO, CEO, COO and CTO in particular, this individual will be responsible for reviewing and optimising global HR processes and services, overseeing the HR technology stack, and leading all major global HR ops & people transformation initiatives, including people‑related M&A activity. A strong focus will be placed on leveraging innovative tools, enhancing employee experience, and enabling innovation across the business.

This individual will be an accomplished global and/or regional HR Operations Director or Head of People Services & People Transformation, with a proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams within fast‑paced, high‑performance and innovative environments. Experience across both pre‑ and post‑acquisition settings is highly preferred, along with a strong background operating in senior, leadership‑facing roles requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to multiple international markets is essential, given the breadth of countries covered within a lean, scaling structure. The individual will have a track record performing a similar role based in Singapore, understanding the Tech & Fintech eco-system. Workday experience is preferred, not required. PE experience is beneficial.

The ability to balance strategic and commercial priorities with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach is critical, as is confidence navigating ambiguity and change.
