Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., job history, leave, insurance, transfers, salary progression).
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and certificates.
- Handle work pass applications and renewals.
- Provide operational support for employee relocation, immigration processes, and assignment logistics (e.g., housing arrangements).
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support HR Business Partners (HRBPs), leadership decision-making, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with HRBPs and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Provide timely and effective support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Payroll and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience through operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, Singapore employment regulations, and compliance requirements, including work pass and immigration processes.
- Experience in supporting employee mobility (e.g., relocation, housing, or immigration) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Unit4), with strong skills in HR data reporting and analytics.
