Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with CEI certification to manage and support various HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with MOM regulations and Employment Act.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and work pass applications/renewals (EP, S Pass, WP).
- Handle audits and compliance checks related to employment regulations.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Guide candidates on work pass applications and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage employee records, leave administration, payroll support, and benefits processing.
- Handle disciplinary cases, and termination processes in compliance with labor laws.
- Provide HR support and advisory services to employees and management.
4. HR Administration & Reporting:
- Prepare HR reports, track HR metrics, and assist in HR audits.
- Ensure smooth HR documentation, including employment contracts and policy updates.
Key Requirements:
- CEI (Basic) certification is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, work pass regulations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling work pass applications and renewals.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
