HR Operations Executive, Healthcare (6 Months)

What you'll be doing

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes
• Maintain accurate and timely employee records in HRIS, including handling confirmations, contract administration, and performance management updates
• Provide support in payroll administration and related HR processes
• Assist in implementing HR policies, programmes, and initiatives to support business needs
• Undertake other HR-related duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related studies
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in HR operations or HR generalist functions is preferred
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
