RESPONSIBILITIES
. Handle WP renewals for staff and ensure timely follow-up on expiring passes.
. Perform tagging and untagging of existing part-time personnel.
. Coordinate six-month medical check-ups for required staff.
. Prepare employment-related letters, including Letters of Employment (LOE), deferment letters, and SPR-related letters.
. Update employee personal particulars in HR systems, including address, passport details, marital status, family information, and bank account details.
. Approve maternity, paternity and shared parental leave applications in accordance with policy.
. Prepare and submit HR operational reports, including ICT, maternity, paternity, childcare, shared parental leave, and reports.
. Process and reconcile monthly invoices - Work Pass
. Maintain proper records, documentation, and audit trails to support compliance and governance requirements.
. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
. NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
. Experience in the Security Industry advantageous.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
. Proficient with Unit4 Prosoft ideal and SAP HR preferred.
. Meticulous with the ability to multitask.
. Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset.
. A team player with excellent communication skills.
. Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers.
