Key Responsibilities:
. Handle recruitment and hiring of drivers and office staff.
. Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation.
. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
. Coordinate payroll information and ensure accurate salary processing.
. Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
. Ensure compliance with regulations from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
. Manage employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues.
. Maintain proper filing and HR administration.
. Prepare warning letters, termination letters, and HR notices
. Manage resignation and final settlements
. Ensure all documents are properly signed and filed
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
. Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience (experience in transport or service industry is an advantage).
. Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
. Strong communication and organizational skills.
. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Salary: To be discussed during interview
Working Days: Monday - Friday / 5.5 days (depending on company policy)
