Work location: Walking distance from Tanjong Pagar MRT or Shenton Way MRT
Work hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm / 9am to 5.45pm / 9.30am to 6.15pm (Flexi-work timing 30mins)
Work days: Monday to Friday
2 days work from home after probation (3 Months)
14 days annual leave, capped at 21 days
2 days eldercare leave (to take care of parents/parents in law age 65 years old and above)
Salary: $3500 to $4000 + AWS + 2 Months VB
Job Description:
1. Payroll Process Management for 3 entities (Total Headcount: 200)
- Complete employee data input timely and accurately
- Submit monthly CPF report
- Maintain employment records and prepare related document
- Handle HR related government and third parities survey
- Assist payroll Executive to complete data input timely and accurately, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records
- Assist payroll Executive to generate payroll report
2. HRIS operation
- Update employee database system
- Analyse existing system function
- Generate system modification requirement
- Assist to identify HRIS's requirement and summarize specifications
- Assist in HRIS improvement
3. HR Admin
- Proceed application and update payroll related data in HRIS (Attendance, Leave, RS fringe, Housing etc)
- Assist in Travel Management
- Process invoices payments from vendors and internal cost allocation
