We are a growing operations and workforce solutions group supporting hotels, facilities, and multi-site businesses across Singapore.
As we scale, we are building a more structured and high-performing HR function - and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead this transformation.
This is not a routine HR role. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high-volume, operations-driven environment.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading and structuring the internal HR function across multiple business units
- Strengthening HR operations, processes, and governance
- Overseeing payroll, compliance, and workforce management at scale
- Managing and guiding an existing HR team (operations,admin, recruitment)
- Supporting business expansion, including new ventures and outsourced HR services
- Acting as a key partner to management on workforce strategy and execution
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in HR operations (payroll, compliance, MOM regulations)
- Experience managing high-volume or operational workforce environments
- Structured, process-driven, and able to bring order to complexity
- Confident in leading and developing a team
