Job Description

We are a growing operations and workforce solutions group supporting hotels, facilities, and multi-site businesses across Singapore.

As we scale, we are building a more structured and high-performing HR function - and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead this transformation.

This is not a routine HR role. You will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a high-volume, operations-driven environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Leading and structuring the internal HR function across multiple business units
  • Strengthening HR operations, processes, and governance
  • Overseeing payroll, compliance, and workforce management at scale
  • Managing and guiding an existing HR team (operations,admin, recruitment)
  • Supporting business expansion, including new ventures and outsourced HR services
  • Acting as a key partner to management on workforce strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in HR operations (payroll, compliance, MOM regulations)
  • Experience managing high-volume or operational workforce environments
  • Structured, process-driven, and able to bring order to complexity
  • Confident in leading and developing a team
