Title:HR Manager
Location:18 Senoko South Road, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, drive cultural alignment, and support regional growth initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and regular feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure regional operations comply with local labor laws and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives to support business evolution and operational efficiency.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and lead the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to build a high-performing HR function. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to address HR needs, align on people strategies, and drive organizational success.
- Additionally, oversee admin. operations, including coordinating office administration support, office cleaning service management, office area CAPEX & HR OPEX management etc.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years HR experience in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Deep expertise in Singapore's labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, with working knowledge of HR compliance. Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR team, driving administrative efficiency, and navigating complex organizational change.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
