Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function include recruitment & payroll.
  • Responsible in recruitment and managing the entire hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Processing monthly payroll and claim submission.
  • Submit employment income to local tax authority for annual IR8A, IR21 tax clearance and director declaration remuneration.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
