HR Manager - HR Generalist Scope | Entrepreneurial Environment | Hybrid Work Arrangement | SGD 100k/Annum
Frazer Jones is exclusively appointed on a confidential basis to appoint the HR Manager for an international DTC business operating across Singapore, with expansion plans within the Asia Pacific region. The current total headcount size of the company is approximately 70. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore (hybrid work arrangement), reporting directly to the Managing Director. This role is designed for a seasoned HR generalist who is intellectually curious, driven to support the business through robust HR practices and advisory, and who is comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
In a highly hands‑on and independent capacity, this role will own the entire HR function end‑to‑end. You will be responsible for payroll generation and management, handling statutory passes, surveys, government submissions, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
You will oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, as well as be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and other talent initiatives. You will play an active role in culture/team‑building initiatives, employee engagement, employee relations and be the go-to for all people matters. This role requires you to think ahead, solve problems independently, and support organisational growth with minimal structure, partnering closely with the founder and MD to anticipate needs and deliver practical, business‑aligned HR outcomes.
Ideal Profile
The client seeks an experienced HR generalist, ideally with at least 6 to 8years of HR experience. You must be resilient and confident to work independently, exercising good judgment, prioritising effectively, and managing ambiguity whilst being highly resourceful and proactive. Prior experience with using BIPO is essential.
