HR Manager

Job Description

Note - SIA Engineering is seeking a HR Manager to support within the SIA Engineering Company Group / Singapore Aero Support Services Pte Ltd (SASS).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR including but not limited to Recruitment, HR Admin & Ops, Com & Ben, HRIS, HR Policies, On & Off Boarding, and Insurance.
• Lead, guide and advise the HR team of leads and executives in their day-to-day operations.
• Business partner to the GM, Operations Managers and SIAEC HR.
• Ensure accuracy in HRIS system and reports generated for the GM, Finance, and our SIAEC partners.
• Assist and / or collaborate in the development of PowerPoint slide decks for all management and senior management meetings.
• Review and developed HR manual and policies as and when required to ensure SASS stays up to date with current statutory regulations.
• Spearhead the salary benchmarking exercise and work closely with the respective stakeholders and / or consultants.
• Review and recommend tools to improve existing performance management process.
• Liaise with EDB and / or e2i for grants to support ongoing or new projects in HR.
• Point of contact for all internal and external HR audits as well as union related matters.
• Manage and review all bad debts incurred by employees and seek help from respective stakeholders to recover amount.
• Manages all employee grievances.

Pre-Requisites

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a degree or its equivalent.
• Strong leadership with experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrix organisation.
• Good foresight with strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate efficiently.
