Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process including job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees.
  • Facilitate employee growth through continuous learning opportunities.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward high performance.
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage HR reports, analytics, and workforce metrics.
  • Support organizational change and growth initiatives.
