2. educating - on board orientation, culture orientation, company rule orientation and job orientation
3. lecturing - when employee make mistakes, guidance to job, encouragement of moral and punish those attitude employee and correct them
4. welfare - provide rewarding to the hardworking staff
5. firing - fire those employee that are beyond employable
