Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, policy development, workforce planning, work pass management, and payroll administration to support business growth and compliance with Singapore employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure effective workforce management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Singapore employment laws to maintain regulatory compliance
  • Lead workforce planning and manpower strategy development to support operational needs and business objectives
  • Administer all Work Pass matters (S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass) including application, renewal, and compliance monitoring to meet MOM requirements
  • Liaise with Ministry of Manpower and other government authorities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Oversee payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely employee remuneration
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation to support organizational transparency and audit readiness
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to management on employee relations and organizational development initiatives

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
  • Salary: $3,800 - $4,500 (subject to experience and qualifications)
