With Southeast Asia identified as a key growth engine, the organisation is investing in regional infrastructure, governance and leadership capability. Singapore serves as a strategic hub supporting cross-border coordination, regional oversight and alignment with global headquarters.
Job Description
This is their first HR hire in Singapore, to support the ASEAN leadership team. The role would report to a C-suite leader in Singapore and dotted line to the Global HR team.
- Define and deliver a cohesive ASEAN HR strategy aligned to business priorities
- Design and standardise HR policies, frameworks and operating models across markets
- Establish HR governance in compliance with local labour regulations
- Oversee regional talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
- Lead core HR operations including payroll, benefits and HR processes
- Partner with senior leaders to support organisational effectiveness and scale
- Act as the key HR interface between regional teams and global stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Proven track record managing HR across multiple countries or regions
- Strong experience in HR strategy, governance and organisational design
- Hands-on exposure to regional HR operations and talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR systems
