Job Summary

As Lead HR Manager, you will be a business partner to drive HR excellence in alignment with business goals. Your role is pivotal in delivering HR services for the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Roles& Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment and selection process to fulfil talent acquisition needs, including sourcing of candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Corporate HR Policy: Work in collaboration with country HR teams (Singapore, China, Vietnam) to lead the initiatives for review, develop and implementation of corporate wide HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Compensation& Benefits: Lead compensation and benefits programs, including payroll calculation, performance management, job evaluation, rewards planning, healthcare insurance, etc. Act asa HR representative on the Board's Remuneration Committee.
  • Training& Development: Identify training needs, sourcing and implement training programs to meet developmental needs.
  • Employee Relations: Provide HR advisory to business leaders and employees, addressing grievances and handling of disciplinary matters.
  • On/Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Drive HR initiatives for continuous improvement. Conduct data collection, organization analysis, and gathering feedback to develop HR solutions, such as corporate HR information system.
  • General Admin: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of office facilities, supplies, and IT systems. Be involved in travel arrangement, visa application, and coordination of meeting for senior management.
  • HR Reports and Metrics: Prepare monthly report and metrics at Group level for data-driven decision-making and management review.
  • Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving,and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel to Vietnam as required.
