HR Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced HR leader with strong people management and mentoring skills, preferably with an operations-driven industry background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve existing HR processes and systems
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Review and enhance policies, procedures, and HR documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Act as a strategic partner to management on people-related matters
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams, supported by a minimum of 10 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage change and improve processes
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin) as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders.
