Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and monitor workplace satisfaction.
- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Lead HR projects, such as culture initiatives, organizational restructuring, and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, water treatment, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
