Maintenance of MOM account access.

Maintenance of Job Descriptions.

Management of Workright Inspections.

Liaison point for Police Investigation.

Liaison point for MOM Investigation.

Conducting internal investigation and documentation.

Maintenance of employee handbook.

Maintenance & updating of job descriptions.

Processing Payroll & managing HRMS data integrity

LOA standard consistency

Managing the work quality and training of the HR Executives if any.

Recruitment Duties

Management of Recruitment Channels.

Management of Jobs Bank accounts.

Onboarding & Offboarding Processes and Execution

Liaison with recruitment firms.

Ad-Hoc/Annual Duties

Application & Processing of government grants.

Annual Market survey for wages.

IR8A tax submission.

GIRO applications for new entities.

Workman compensation reporting/Ireport

Liaise with company insurance agent

Performance appraisal.

Assisting the HR Executives if necessary.


Requirements:
- 3 years of experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Degree holder
