Job Summary
The HR Business Partner partners closely with business units to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role provides end-to-end HR support including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to develop and execute manpower planning strategies that support organizational growth
- Lead recruitment planning, onboarding processes, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing workforce
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and coordinate annual increment exercises to drive employee development and motivation
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary cases to maintain a positive and compliant work environment
- Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies through proactive compliance monitoring and guidance
- Drive HR digitalisation and process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Coordinate with Japan HQ and manage expatriate HR matters to support international workforce integration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Japanese language capability is an added advantage for effective communication with Japan headquarters and Japanese stakeholders.
