Job Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions and facilities management
Manage HR operations for both local and regional offices, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead recruitment and talent management initiatives, including salary benchmarking, offers, and onboarding
Oversee performance management cycles, including annual appraisals and salary reviews
Drive succession planning and employee development initiatives
Plan and implement training and development programmes
Ensure timely execution of HR processes such as contract renewals and employee confirmations
Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
Support corporate initiatives and compliance areas such as workplace safety, environmental standards, and audits
Oversee facilities management, including contract renewals and issue resolution
Manage HR systems and processes, including staff claims and documentation
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with exposure to full-spectrum HR and business partnering
Experience in regional HR operations is an advantage
Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to handle employee relations and confidential matters
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience in HR systems (e.g. payroll, claims, HRIS)
Prior exposure to facilities management or corporate functions (e.g. WSH, compliance) is a plus
