Maintaining Payroll & Final settlement processing

Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks

checking new WPSPASS , Buy Security Bond , Insurance , Apply Onboard for Worker Arrival , SG arrival, applying medical and mom appointment for Thump print/Card registration.

Preparing & Maintaining Staffs & workers Attendance

Addressing and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts

Preparing progress monitoring report in monthly basis

Managing employee benefits and compensation packages

Maintain an effective filing system of employee files and documents

Update documentation and HR policies
