Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management:
  2. Oversee and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  4. Partner with department heads to develop and execute strategic HR plans that drive organizational effectiveness.
  5. Manage the full cycle of staffing, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  6. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  8. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
  9. Administrative Management:
  10. Supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
  11. Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  12. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  13. Manage schedules and deadlines.
  14. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  15. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources management or employee recruitment n palm oil/ biofuel/ palm oil feedstock or related business trading.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
