. Partner with business leaders toshape and drive people strategies aligned with country and regional businessobjectives.
. Support and drive the developmentand execution of HR strategies and initiatives, assisting with specificprojects and tasks.
. Advise business leaders onorganizational design, workforce planning, and change management to enablebusiness growth and transformation.
. Oversee end-to-end HR operations,ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
. Lead the localization and governanceof HR policies in compliance with local regulations and best practices.
. Drive talent strategies includingtalent assessment, succession plan, leadership development, and capabilitybuilding.
. Champion a high-performance andengaged culture through effective employee experience and engagementinitiatives.
. Provide strategic oversight onemployee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and risk-mitigated outcomes.
. Lead and contribute to HR projects,change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
. Leverage HR data and insights toinfluence decision-making and continuously improve organizationaleffectiveness.
. Collaborate with regional HR teams,COEs, and external partners to ensure seamless HR delivery.
