Job Description

Our client is seeking for an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team. If you're highly organized, analytical, and experienced in HR functions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

. Oversee full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance reviews, and employee relations.

. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations.

. Handle work pass applications and renewals.

. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

. Reporting : Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and costing reports for management.

. Training Compliance : Ensure necessary training is implemented for compliance with regulatory certification and licenses.

Qualifications:

. Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management

. Mininum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.

. Able to work independently and handle HR duties.
