HR Manager

ASR Mixed Construction Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support our growing operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company policies.

• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

• Develop HR policies and support management in manpower planning.

• Handle disciplinary matters and staff welfare.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred).

• Good knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
