Job description:
Human Resources
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labour laws and MOM regulations
Advise management on HR matters, manpower planning, and organizational development
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, site
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and subcontractors for manpower sourcing
Manage worker housing, dormitory arrangements, and welfare matters
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee monthly payroll processing
Ensure accurate payroll reporting and compliance with statutory requirements
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance matters
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs including WSH, safety, and skills upgrading
Manage training grants and submissions where applicable (e.g. BCA / SkillsFuture)
Maintain training records and certification tracking
HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Prepare HR reports on manpower, turnover, payroll, and compliance
Support management with HR-related data analysis and planning
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
