Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of reward programs that attract and retain talent in a fast-paced technology environment.

This role is pivotal in developing competitive compensation frameworks and benefits strategies that align with and support the company's business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, refine and implement comprehensive reward programs, including compensation structures, salary bands, job grading frameworks, and bonus/incentive plans.
  • Lead the design and governance of the annual performance appraisal cycle and individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting. Establish and communicate a clear framework for linking performance results to merit increases, bonus payouts, and long-term incentives.
  • Partner with department heads to provide tools and guidelines for effective KPI setting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking using external salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning within the technology sector.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan & review employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, company trips, and social responsibility efforts such as charity programs.
  • Develop and maintain clear policies and guidelines related to total rewards, benefits, and welfare programs.
  • Lead HR Information System (HRIS) projects, including system migration and optimization.
  • Independently lead the planning, research, management, and end-to-end execution of various HR projects, ensuring key milestones are identified and effectively communicated to stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven experience in the technology or fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing C&B frameworks and structures from the ground up is advantage.
  • Proficiency with salary benchmarking tools and market data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
