Job Summary:
As a key member of the Group Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, this role focuses on supporting professional and specialist job families within a large healthcare group. Working closely with Group C&B Leads, the incumbent will contribute to the planning, formulation, review, and implementation of C&B programmes and policies at the Group level, ensuring alignment across institutions and supporting organisational talent strategies.
Responsibilities:
Group C&B Partnering:
Support Group C&B Leads on all sectoral C&B matters impacting professional and specialist job families.
Lead and manage C&B reviews and projects independently, from planning to execution.
Participate actively in cross-institution workgroups and committees to align principles and develop harmonised C&B frameworks and SOPs.
Support reviews of salary structures, bonus frameworks, and terms & conditions in alignment with performance management frameworks.
Work closely with institution-level HR teams to understand policy change or deviation requests, providing consultative support while considering system-wide impact.
Prepare recommendations and follow through approval processes with senior management and relevant governance bodies.
General Compensation & Benefits:
Partner with Group C&B Leads to manage end-to-end C&B initiatives, including conceptualisation, data analysis, simulations, implementation strategies, and change communications.
Conduct and support compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and review of external market practices.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance of C&B programmes.
Collaborate with HR policy and HR systems teams to ensure alignment between policies, systems, and C&B changes.
Work with relevant internal stakeholders to support the renewal of agreements and establish standard rates where applicable.
Participate in group-level HR initiatives, including budgeting exercises and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Hands-on exposure to total rewards, including salary structure reviews, salary and bonus exercises, and market benchmarking.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good understanding of local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Experience in HRIS projects or system implementation will be advantageous.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
