China Communications Constructions Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the West Region. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our human resources strategy. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and people management for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive, engaged workforce.
Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits.
Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and leadership team on people-related matters.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and strengthen our employer brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of HR leadership experience within the construction or engineering, or infrastructure sector.
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and employee relations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
Passionate about creating a positive, engaging work environment and enhancing the employee experience.
