HR Manager

Reporting to Head of Home, the HR Manager will help the management in developing and implementing human resource strategies. The key tasks include recruitment, performance management, learning and development, talent management, organizational development and fostering work life balance.

Degree qualified, you need to have 5 - 8 years of experience in management or human resource function. You must possess strong strategic and leadership qualities and people management skills. You should have strong passion for driving organizational excellence and is adapt at managing change.
