Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Director to lead our technical operations, training systems, and supply chain quality management. This role is responsible for developing scalable operational systems, improving workforce capability, and ensuring consistent service quality across the company.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth, operational standardization, and multi-outlet expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical training and workforce development programs for mobile device repair technicians

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize repair and diagnostic processes

Oversee technical team performance, training, and capability development

Design structured workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers for mobile device components and ensure quality standards

Define technical specifications and ensure product/component quality compliance

Conduct testing and validation of parts and components before deployment

Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on product and service standards

Support management in improving operational performance, quality control, and service consistency

Drive continuous improvement in technical systems and supply chain processes

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technical operations, mobile device repair, or technical training roles

Experience in developing structured training systems and SOPs

Experience in managing technical teams and workforce development

Knowledge of supplier management, product evaluation, and quality control processes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to support scalable business operations and process improvement initiatives
