HR Manager

ASK M&E Pte Ltd, a reputable and distinguished entity in the plumbing and engineering sector since August 2008, is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team and support our growing operations in Singapore. With over 18 years of successful operations, our firm is known for reliability, professionalism, and technical excellence.

As a specialised licensed contractor, we provide services across plumbing, sanitary, gas, fire protection, mechanical engineering, and maintenance works. Our skilled team includes licensed plumbers, gas workers, project managers, and safety supervisors, all upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are affiliated with esteemed organisations such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and hold certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and bizSAFE. With an unrestricted tender limit, we have executed numerous multimillion-dollar contracts, earning the trust and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (Work Permit, S Pass, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company HR policies.

• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

• Develop HR policies and support management in manpower planning.

• Handle disciplinary matters and staff welfare.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (construction or M&E industry preferred).

• Good knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
