Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration, gaining hands-on experience in diverse HR functions within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews to support recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates
- Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documents and employee records to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain and update employee data accurately in HR systems and physical files
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events to enhance workplace culture
- Draft HR letters and documentation such as employment contracts and confirmation letters with attention to detail
- Perform filing, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks to support daily HR operations
- Contribute to HR projects and complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and candidates
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Exhibits a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop HR skills
