Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration, gaining hands-on experience in diverse HR functions within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews to support recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates
  • Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documents and employee records to ensure smooth transitions
  • Maintain and update employee data accurately in HR systems and physical files
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal events to enhance workplace culture
  • Draft HR letters and documentation such as employment contracts and confirmation letters with attention to detail
  • Perform filing, documentation, and general HR administrative tasks to support daily HR operations
  • Contribute to HR projects and complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and candidates
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop HR skills
