Job Description

The HR Intern will be involved in the day-to-day running of the office, and will be involved in HR general and administration, employee experience, and internship recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

1) Assist in the recruitment process of interns from job posting to coordinating interviews, plus evaluating candidates.

2) Aid in the maintenance of employee/intern files and data

3) Help in the recruiting of student interns from the posting of the job descriptions, arranging of interviews, to the final offering if the student is confirmed.

4) Administer the entire onboarding process, including contract preparation, new hire orientation, logistics preparation for first day reporting, data verification, and P-file creation.

5) Aid in the exit process of staff and interns who are leaving, including the preparation of clearance documents, handover, and removal of such personnel from the company's attendance system.

6) Administer the e-leave system and government grants and claims.

7) Add new staff and interns to the monthly payroll and remove outdated staff and interns.

8) Assist in internship recruitment fairs

Job Requirements

1) Diploma or equivalent in the relevant fields, including Human Resource Management

2) Proficient in Microsoft Office. Meticulous, adaptable, and with a positive mindset

3) A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4) Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

5) Good skills to communicate with fellow staff and management
