Job Description

Do you love working with people and want to see how HR shapes a company from the inside out At ACP, we're on the lookout for a curious and energetic HR Intern to join our team!

This isn't just another internship - it's your launchpad into a career in HR. You'll get hands-on experience, work on meaningful projects, and see how HR impacts real people and business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360 experience:

Recruitment

  • Post job ads on various job portals
  • Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more
  • Coordinate the interview process and contribute to enhancing candidate experience.

Retraining

  • Propose training courses for employee development
  • Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact
  • Work with leads to evaluate post-training performance

Retention

  • Support staff benefits & leave schemes
  • Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
  • Prepare leave reports for payroll
  • Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related field
  • Great communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
