What You will Be Doing
You will rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360 experience:
Recruitment
- Post job ads on various job portals
- Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more)
- Coordinate the interview process and contribute to enhancing candidate experience.
Retraining
- Support in Training & Development
- Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact
- Support in evaluation of post-training performance
Retention
- Support staff benefits & leave schemes
- Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
- Prepare leave reports for payroll
- Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities
Requirements & Ideal Profile
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related field
- Great communicator with a proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
- Hybrid arrangement: 1 day work from home weekly
