Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment based on business needs, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
3. Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and relevant MOM guidelines.
- Manage statutory obligations such as CPF, Levy, and SDL contributions.
- Handle tax-related filings, including IR8A and IR21.
4. Work Pass Administration
- Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations for Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permits.
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation in compliance with regulations.
5. HR Policies & Governance
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
6. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide data-driven insights on headcount, hiring progress, and compensation trends.
- Support management decision-making with relevant HR analytics.
8. Risk & Compliance Support
- Monitor and ensure HR practices (recruitment, employment, compensation, and termination) comply with local regulations.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
9. Administrative & Finance Support
- Assist with expense reimbursement documentation and record-keeping.
- Organize invoices and support basic finance administration tasks.
- Provide general office administrative support and coordination as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, IR21, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with work pass administration (EP, S Pass, Work Permit).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
