Job Description

Key Role

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to enhance employee experience and development outcomes. Design and implement structured onboarding, career progression, and L&D frameworks. Lead HR projects and drive continuous improvement through data and insights.

Job Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Lead, design, and continuously enhance structured onboarding programs to ensure strong employee integration and early productivity. Partner with hiring managers to deliver a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience. Monitor onboarding effectiveness using feedback and data implement improvements to enhance engagement and retention.

Career Pathing & Talent Development

  • Develop and implement career progression frameworks and competency models across functions. Collaborate with business leaders to define clear growth pathways and capability requirements. Drive internal mobility and succession planning initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines. Coach and support managers in conducting effective career development and growth conversations.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design and execute L&D strategies aligned with business and workforce needs. Conduct training needs analysis and implement targeted development programs. Manage external training providers and learning platforms (e.g., LMS). Track, measure, and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and deliver HR projects (e.g., career frameworks, engagement initiatives, HR process enhancements) end-to-end. Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency. Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to support organizational initiatives.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., onboarding success, training metrics, retention trends). Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and support business decisions. Present findings, trends, and recommendations to HR leadership and key stakeholders.

Performance & Engagement Support

  • Support performance management processes with a focus on development, feedback, and growth. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and organizational culture.

HR Operations & Advisory (Light Generalist Scope)

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. Other duties and assignments as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience with exposure to onboarding, L&D, and talent development.
  • Delivering Information and Assistance: Willingly and openly shares information with others in a timely manner readily offers support for others whenever possible.
  • Resolves conflicts constructively and promotes teamwork.
  • Building/Maintaining Relationships and Fostering Cooperation: Builds relationships with colleagues and works cooperatively with others in alignment with team objectives.
