Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
- Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave management
- Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations
- Drive HR initiatives in learning & development, engagement, and retention
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 2-5 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
