Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit procedures, and final payments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies on staffing needs.
- Maintain HR records, organisation charts, and HRIS updates.
- Administer work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters).
- Monitor attendance and leave records for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisals.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations and resignation acknowledgements.
- Assist with employee benefits, insurance, and HR administrative support.
- Support employee relations matters, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate training programmes and manage the internal learning platform.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and audit readiness.
- Organise employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and relevant authorities.
- Support expatriate relocation where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience for Executive level or 5 years for Senior Executive level.
- Prior experience in the shipping, logistics, or maritime-related industry.
- Solid understanding of full-spectrum HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Timesoft or SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
