Job Description
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, salary changes, bonuses, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
- Administer CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21/IR21 submissions, and annual tax filings.
- Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, MOM guidelines, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and documentation for audits and management reporting.
- Assist on payroll-related system updates, testing, and process improvements.
- Assist on employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance-related matters.
- Manage employee queries on payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist on HR reporting, audits, and ad-hoc HR projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 5 years of HR operations and hands-on/vendor payroll experience, within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations
- Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or similar).
- High attention to detail with strong numerical skills.
- Ability to manage discreet information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel (VLOOKUP and PIVOTABLE)
