Job Description

We're Hiring: HR & Finance Executive

Singapore | Full-Time | On-Site

Are you a versatile professional with a strong background in both human resources and finance We're looking for a motivated HR & Finance Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our people operations and financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources

. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

. Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act (Cap. 91)

. Handle payroll processing, leave management (annual, sick, maternity/paternity leave per MOM guidelines), and staff attendance

. Administer CPF contributions accurately and on time

. Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) via MOM/EP Online

. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)

Finance & Accounts

. Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations

. Process monthly payroll and ensure accurate CPF and statutory deductions

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and management accounts

. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

. Manage GST filing and ensure timely submission to IRAS

. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries for annual audit and tax filing

. Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

. Ensure timely filing of corporate tax (Form C/C-S) with IRAS

REQUIREMENTS

. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or Finance in Singapore

. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF regulations, MOM requirements, and IRAS guidelines

. Hands-on experience handling full set of accounts is required

. Familiarity with GST regulations and corporate tax filing in Singapore

. Experience handling work pass applications via MOM portal is an advantage

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) or HRMS is a plus

. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
